The paving stones themselves come with a lifetime guarantee, and if there are sub-soil or underground utility problems later, it can be “unzipped” and “zipped back up” by removing the pavers over the affected area, and simply replacing them when the work is done, leaving the paved surface exactly as it was before with no cracks or overlays with mismatched colors.
